As seen during the May 27th 2025 edition of WWE NXT, Ricky Saints defended the men’s North American title against Ethan Page. At one point, Page gave Saints a Twisted Grin onto a chair on the outside. Back in the ring, Page delivered another Twisted Grin and pinned Saints to become the new champion.
Page will now defend the title at Worlds Collide on June 7th in Los Angeles.
